Shuttle Bus
SmartHR, our shuttle bus sponsor, runs shuttle busses to/from the venue during RubyKaigi 2019.

The busses are available at:
- Hakata station (博多駅, Hakata Station Tsukushi-exit, tour bus parking lot)
- Tenjin Station area (天神駅付近, front of Bank of Japan Fukuoka Branch)
- Fukuoka Airport (福岡空港, Domestic Terminal, Bus parking lot)
Also the busses departing from the venue stops the above places.
How to ride
- Show your RubyKaigi 2019 name tag (lanyard) or this page to the shuttle bus staff.
- This service is provided free of charge.
Notes
- The shuttle busses don't have "SmartHR" logo printed.
- The shuttle busses will exactly follow the time schedule. Please cooporate to keep the schedule on time.
- Don't leave your belongings behind.
- You may not be able to ride a bus when it's full.

Taxi (only on Apr 19th)
JapanTaxi, our taxi sponsor, provides "Complimentary Taxi Service" with 100 chartered taxis to the RubyKaigi attendees, on Apr 19th night.
How to ride
- JapanTaxi hands out a special taxi ticket to attendees at the JapanTaxi sponsor booth; located on 2nd floor.
- Up to 4 people are allowed to ride by a single ticket
- Come to the JapanTaxi complimentary taxi service stand after 6:15pm. If you want to ride with multiple persons, please get together before lining up.
- To make things smooth, write your destination on your ticket before riding.
Schedule
2nd day, Apr 19th 6:30pm-7:10pm
- Get off from a taxi before 7:30pm since we have chartered the taxis until 7:30pm.
- Since the number of chartered taxis is limited, we may close this service before 7:10pm.
Destination
Anywhere in Chuo-ku and Hakata-ku of Fukuoka city is allowed. (福岡市中央区, 福岡市博多区) Please use this service for going to the parties on the 2nd day!

- 実際のシャトルバスに SmartHR のラッピングはされていません。
- 運行ダイヤの関係上、定刻通りの発車を予定しています。ご協力をお願いします。
- 座席にお忘れ物のないようご注意ください。
- 満席で乗車できない可能性がございます。ご了承ください。

Taxi Sponsor の JapanTaxi 様の提供により、会期 2 日目 4/19 の終了後に「JapanTaxi 貸切タクシー」としてタクシーを100台貸し切り、参加者の皆様に提供されます。
ご乗車方法
- JapanTaxi スポンサーブース (2F) にて乗車券を配布します(4/19 10:00-17:00 まで)
- 乗車券 1 枚につき 4 名まで乗車できます
- 18:15 以降に乗車券を持って JapanTaxi 貸切タクシー乗り場にお越しください。複数名の場合は全員揃った状態でお並びください。
- スムーズに乗車いただくため、あらかじめ乗車券へ目的地の住所を記入いただきますようご協力をお願いします。
乗車可能時間
- 2日目 4/19 18:30 - 19:10
- 貸切時間の都合、19:30 までに降車をお願いします
- タクシーの台数に限りがあるため、最終乗車時刻より前にサービスを終了する可能性があります。

福岡市中央区、博多区内であれば、降車場所の制限はございません。Kaigi 後に行われる懇親会会場への移動などにお役立てください!
